Larry Chappel, my service manager there for several years now, has done an outstanding job. He's been thorough and supportive at all times. I've had many problems with my Traverse. Larry is essentially responsible for turning the bad experience into a positive overall outcome. I've been meaning to do a survey in the past noting Larry's excellence; however, I've not had the time, and I've also been wary of when my new warranty would expire. Unfortunately, it did when I had yet another repair over the weekend. I wasn't happy about it because I was only a couple thousand miles over the mileage, but I didn't argue as Larry's been fair over the years. I appreciate his attention to all the issues I've experienced. The car hasn't really impressed me because of the mechanical stuff. On the other hand, it's reassuring to know that Chevrolet fairly backs its vehicles and cares enough to have people like Larry in the service department. He really made the difference.
