I was in a jam. I was on my way home from work and the tire pressure indicator light came on for my driver's side rear tire. I called Shannon in the Dimmitt service department. She said to come on by, they'll wait for me. It was after their closing time of 6pm. I arrived and discovered I had a nail in the side of the tire, so it could not be driven. Fortunately, Neal, the service advisor, and Sean, the porter, had a loaner vehicle waiting for me just in case. He said he would get me a new tire first thing in the morning... he wasn't kidding! I received a call from him at 7:45am telling me I was all set and to come and pick up my Tahoe. I arrived shortly after 8:30am, paid for the new tire and headed off to work. It's too bad more people don't post about the great experiences they have, as this dealer has always been a class act.
